For First Time Customers
Walk-In (Peramax outlet in Perth, Australia)
1. Fill up and sign the Customer Info Form and Beneficiary Info Form and submit to the counter.
2. State the amount that you would like to send and the method (bank-to-bank, pick-up or door-
to-door). Our staff will then compute the rate that you have to pay.
3. Pay the computed rate along with the amount that you want to send and receive an official
receipt after.
Through Email
1. Download, fill up and sign the Customer Info Form and Beneficiary Info Form and mail it to
customercare@peramaxonline.com.
2. State the amount that you would like to send and the method (bank-to-bank, pick-up or door-
to-door). Our staff will then compute the rate that you have to pay and email it back to you.
3. Pay the computed rate and amount either through bank transfer or bank deposit.
4. Email proof of transaction to customercare@peramaxonline.com or send it via Viber through

2. Tell the operator that you want to send money and provide the details that will be requested
needed such as your name, address and contact details.
3. State the amount that you would like to send and the method (bank-to-bank, pick-up or door-
to-door) and the teller will compute the rate that you have to pay.

For Repeat Customers
1. Get in touch with us through store walk-in, email or by phone and simply state that you are a
repeating customer. Our staff will verify your records and ask for the details of the person you’re
sending money to.
2. Our staff will then compute a rate. Simply pay the computed amount through our store, bank
deposit or bank transfer.
3. Email or call us for proof of transaction.
